How It Works
Increasing network coverage by passing traffic from remote networks to a central iSID (or other detection system) may generate network overload problems due to large data-flow volumes. Radiflow iSAP Smart Collector solves this problem. Installed at each remote site, iSAP receives all LAN traffic from the local switch (using port mirroring), filters out irrelevant traffic leaving intact the SCADA traffic (e.g., ModBus data), compresses, and sends the data to iSID. Users may set the amount of compression applied to different data classes.
Upon receipt at the central location, iSID decompresses the data with no loss of information.

Radiflow iSAP is a cost-effective and versatile solution that can be deployed at any site, large or small, allowing for completely passive network coverage without modification of existing infrastructure.
Each remote iSAP securely connects to the central iSID where all the network and device activity is analyzed.
