By logging into our Website and by providing any information, we assume you are interested in obtaining more information about our company, our affiliates, our technology and product offerings. What type of information we collect
We collect Personal and Non-Personal information.
Personal information. The information we collect include your contact details such as first name and surname, username and password, email address, country of residence, job title, and other information you provide us when you create an account on the Website or sign-up to receive communications or materials from us, or otherwise submit a form to us, as well as your domain name, browser and platform type.

We process the personally identifiable information in order to facilitate your requests on the Website, improve the overall quality of your online experience, provide personalized service and communicate separately with you.

Your personal information may be shared with RADIFLOW personnel who need it to perform their roles, and with external consultants, on a need-to-know basis. Transferring your information internationally

We currently process the information in Israel (where our database and offices are located). We rely on the European Commission’s recognition that some non-European Economic Area (EEA) countries have an adequate level of data protection (Israel is one of the countries considered by the EU as having an adequate level of data protection). For transfers from the EEA to countries other than Israel that have not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission (including transfers to the United States), we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, transfers to recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers of personal information out of Israel are additionally made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended) and its regulations governing cross-border transfers of data from Israeli databases.
How long we retain your information
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, determined by reference to: (i) the duration of our relationship with you and the services you use; (ii) any legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations to which we are subject; and (iii) applicable statutes of limitation. Once your personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention policy.
If you registered to certain services, we may keep your personal information as long as you don’t unsubscribe to these services.
How we handle children’s Information
Our Website is not directed at children. The content and services offered on the Website and any application or request for information are designed for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Hence we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
