We process the personally identifiable information in order to facilitate your requests on the Website, improve the overall quality of your online experience, provide personalized service and communicate separately with you.

For each of these purposes, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Website (balanced against your rights and interests); compliance with our legal obligations; and, where applicable, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described in “Your Rights” below without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

When requesting a service or downloading information or documents from our Website, you agree that we use your information (that you provided us), for further delivery of information.

We may also share your personal information with third party service providers which process your information on our behalf; however, such service providers will be contractually bound to keep your personal data confidential and appropriately secure. We may also share your information when we cooperate with other companies, such as our partners or affiliates, to offer joint services to you, or when such partners participate in or otherwise sponsor our events and conferences.

We will be permitted to share your personal information with government authorities and law enforcement, if we are required to do so by law.

We may merge information about you into group data, which may then be shared on an aggregated basis with our customers or advertisers; however, your identity or personal information will not be disclosed without your permission.

We may share your information in connection with a sale or transfer of our company (or any shares in the company) or any similar transaction. Your personal information (such as customer names and your contact details) may be among the items sold or otherwise acquired in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar proceedings involving all or a portion of the company. You will be notified by email and/or by a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Other than as stated above, we will always ask your approval before providing your personal information to anyone else.

Transferring your information internationally

We may store and/or process your personal information in countries outside your place of residence, including in the United States and in Israel. We currently process the information in Israel (where our database and offices are located). We rely on the European Commission’s recognition that some non-European Economic Area (EEA) countries have an adequate level of data protection (Israel is one of the countries considered by the EU as having an adequate level of data protection). For transfers from the EEA to countries other than Israel that have not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission (including transfers to the United States), we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, transfers to recipients certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers of personal information out of Israel are additionally made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended) and its regulations governing cross-border transfers of data from Israeli databases.

How long we retain your information

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, determined by reference to: (i) the duration of our relationship with you and the services you use; (ii) any legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations to which we are subject; and (iii) applicable statutes of limitation. Once your personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention policy.

If you registered to certain services, we may keep your personal information as long as you don’t unsubscribe to these services.

How we handle children’s Information

Our Website is not directed at children. The content and services offered on the Website and any application or request for information are designed for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Hence we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned about our collection of your child’s personal information, please use our contact us form below or through the mail: support@radiflow.com.

Information Security

We take security very seriously and are committed to the security of the information we collect. We are using physical, technical and administrative measures in order to protect the information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification, and we keep updating such measures from time to time as necessary.

However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, you must be aware that despite all efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and we cannot guarantee that your information will remain secure and will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed or used in an unauthorized manner. Users of the Website use the Website at their own risk.

If we learn of a security breach, we will assess and, where legally required, notify the competent and relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes prescribed by law, and we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. We may also post a notice on the Website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you reside, you may also have a legal right to receive a notice of a security breach in writing.

Your Rights

You may ask us for the following: (i) a copy of your information, (ii) correct your information, (iii) erase or restrict your information’s processing, (iv) transfer some of your personal information to other organizations, and (v) object to our processing of your personal information.

You should be aware that if you do not allow us to collect personal information, we may not be able to deliver certain features and services over the Website to you, and some of our features and services may not work appropriately.

In addition, where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority, or, if you are located in the EEA, your local supervisory authority — if you believe our processing of your personal information infringes applicable law. We aim to respond to requests to exercise your rights without undue delay and in any event within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your personal information, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
