One year ago, Radiflow agreed to be acquired by the Sabanci Group in a two-phase process that will be completed in 2025. Founded a century ago, Sabanci is Turkey’s leading conglomerate and is engaged in a wide variety of global business activities through its subsidiaries and affiliates, mainly in the banking, financial services, energy, industrials, building materials, digital, and retail sectors. Over the last year, Radiflow has happily become part of the Sabanci family!
On this, the first anniversary of the acquisition, we are still basking in the glow. The positive synergies are radiating all around us with a palpable buzz in the air. Sabanci’s global reach and dedication to innovation coupled with Radiflow’s stellar success in OT cybersecurity on four continents have proven to be a winning combination. Since joining forces, Radiflow has already been able to bring in a wealth of new partners, customers, and suppliers, resulting in a significant boost in revenues and a doubling of company headcount to accommodate all the increased activity.
And the momentum keeps on growing. 2023 is shaping up to be our best year ever as we expect to double revenues yet again.
The benefits to Radiflow flow in two directions. Collaboration and deployment of our leading OT cybersecurity solutions in Sabanci subsidiaries expands our ability to garner in-depth insights from a variety of new sites. We then take this experience and knowledge and apply it to our mounting arsenal of cyber products and services which we then deliver to our developing customer base, helping them improve their security, lower their risk posture, and improve their compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
In the last year, our product base has leapt forward, enriched by the cooperation with Sabanci. For example, our recently released CIARA 4.0 Risk Management platform is full of the latest capabilities and techniques adopted from our teamwork with Sabanci subsidiaries (in addition to our direct customers, of course!). A new product, Active Scanner, the full asset discovery solution employs safe, active OT scanning on industrial networks that lack port-mirroring or passive monitoring, is another beneficiary.
As the need for OT cybersecurity inevitably increases, Radiflow is well positioned to consistently lead and deliver best-in-class cyber solutions globally across industries.
Another exciting avenue for synergy is Radiflow’s activities with Sabanci University. The Sabanci Group recognized the need to train the next generation of science and technology stars. Since 1999, they have done just that, with over 16,000 undergrad and graduate students successfully passing through the doors of the beautiful campus just outside of Istanbul. Radiflow has taken an eager interest in Sabanci U’s science and technology education, proudly contributing knowledge, experience, and state-of-the-art products to the University’s vital and valuable cybersecurity education. In turn, our work with the University enriches our knowledge and expertise and improves our trained employee base, helping us continue to deliver unique, significant value to all our customers.
Want to see the results of the Sabanci-Radiflow synergies in action? We are dying to show you!
