Product Manager

Responsibilities

1. Work with R&D teams to define needed product features derived from market and customer requirements and write user stories
2. Manage a product release lifecycle and manage backlog
3. Lead technical product integration with other cyber security, IT and OT systems
4. Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions
5. Assist in creating product training and educational materials
6. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs
7. Working closely with Technical Pre-Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

1. At least 1-3 years of experience in product management/customer success/business analysis
2. 1-3 years of proven technology knowledge and education in IT/Cyber/Networking domains
3. Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
4. Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
5. Project management skills (scope of work, milestone, delivery control)
6. Availability and flexibility to working hours (APAC, Europe, US)
7. Fluent in English
8. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure, team player

Advantages

1. Knowledge and experience in hands-on security products implementation (i.e. SIEM, IDS, etc)
2. Background/knowledge in cyber security consultancy or risk management
3. Strong understanding of networking domains
4. Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability
